1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Classix360 software or mobile applications (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Institution” means the school or organization that subscribes to our ERP.

  • “Users” include students, parents, teachers, and administrators authorized by the institution.

  • “We”, “our”, “us” refer to [Company Name].

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.
Activities performed through your account are your responsibility.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breaches.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform for lawful educational purposes only

  • Not upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

  • Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within the Platform are the property of Skillnest360 Private Limited or its licensors.
Users and institutions are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform under their subscription.

6. Fees and Payments

If applicable, payments for subscriptions or features must be made as per the institution’s plan.
We may use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Data Responsibility

Institutions are the primary data controllers for student data.
We act as a data processor and manage data only on behalf of the institution in compliance with Indian privacy laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Data loss due to external attacks or system failures beyond our control

  • Content uploaded by users

Our total liability will not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access if:

  • The institution requests it

  • The user violates these Terms

  • Required by law

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
